Mission Statement
The purpose of DIGITAL SPECTRUM ENTERPRISES (DSE) OF WEST MI., INC. is to educate citizens about programs and services available to them in their communities through several forms of media, including television, video tapes and audio tapes. The community programs and services include educational, health, occupational, religious and recreational. DSE focuses on educating senior citizens, students, disabled individuals, under-privileged community members and minority groups. DSE provides these individuals with the opportunity to obtain media and broadcasting experience which enables them to express their opinions and creativity as script writers, actors, audio/video engineers and editors, set and graphic designers and videographers.
