Sense And Sensibility
“Sense and Sensibility” is a one-hour in-studio solution-based television program which focuses on personal and community issues of a sensitive nature.
Topics include: ADD/ADHD, child & adult; OCD and the anxiety disorder; Chronic Depression and other mental illness;
dyslexia; menopause; divorce and widowhood; obesity and eating disorders; Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
This program seeks to bring empathy and understanding to the needs of individuals with
disabilities; addictions, drugs, alcohol, gambling, etc; prejudices, ethnic, age and gender related, physical appearance
including tattoos and body piercing, and socio-economic.
It also addresses the concerns of women and children in the work force.
“Sense and Sensibility” is hosted by Sandy Plouff, MSW. Born and raised in the Muskegon area,
Sandy has had years of experience in the medical and social work field, with an emphasis on substance abuse,
and the geriatric population.
